Prices listed are for the wholesale trade only. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are F.O.B. from nursery of origin.
Orders
1. Any order may be cancelled or delayed without liability to seller.
2. Orders are accepted subject to availability of stock at time of delivery.
3. Because Summit Landscape Supply, Inc. is a re-wholesale nursery, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to variety, productivity, salability, or livability of nursery stock we sell. Liability in all cases is limited to the purchase price.
4. Buyer acknowledges that any person who signs the delivery document is authorized to sign it.
5. Shortages and damages en route must be claimed at the time of delivery and noted on our delivery document.
6. For efficiency, pick up orders may be called in at least 24 hours in advance.
Pickup hours are:
7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday – in Loxley.
7 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday – in Pace.
Terms
All buyers or handlers of agricultural products must be registered with the Agriculture Dept. of the State in which they do business.
Normal terms are cash at time of pickup, or delivery.
All new customers may make application for credit approval. Please allow fourteen days after we receive your application for processing. If an account is inactive for 1 year, a new application must be submitted.
All credit invoices are due within 30 days of purchase date. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month on past due balance will be assessed on any overdue account. All payments made on past due accounts will be applied initially to finance charges due, then to oldest invoice balances. Summit Landscape Supply, Inc. may not accept orders from customers whose accounts are past due.
We accept MasterCard, American Express, and Visa.
Delivery
Shipping can be provided on our trucks. Call us for a freight quote. Delivery charges are included on the invoice Our drivers may assist in unloading plants, but you will need to have adequate help available to unload. Waivers are required if our trucks are to operate anywhere on residential or commercial property.
